Once again the Region was convulsed by the ferocious internship of the UOCRA. As this newspaper has been reporting, in recent months there have been several confrontations involving the factions of the construction union, which are those of Juan Pablo Medina and Iván Tobar.
In this context, there was a striking and violent episode in the heart of La Plata that was accused by Fabiola García, the couple of “Pata” Medina, who would have come across insults and “serious threats” against a group of workers who would be related to the Tobar sector.
According to official sources and according to the complaint, the events took place in the area of 8 and 44, when apparently workers who carried out tasks for the Conisa company, which is laying fiber optics in the City, were rebuked and attacked. by Fabiola Garcia.
“It is better that when you return you are not here because I am going to return with 20 and I am going to shit you with sticks and shots,” declared one of the complainants at the Police Station.
Likewise, and always based on the worker’s complaint, “in the middle of that incident he had to run to 8 and 44 to avoid the attack, when the woman threatened him,” he described.
In this context, the worker affirms in his statement that he has his co-workers as witnesses to what happened. “My colleagues were in the place and they were also verbally assaulted by the female who identifies herself as Fabiola García,” describes the court document to which this newspaper had access.
In another part of the complaint, the worker maintained that in addition to the threats, he would have thrown various objects at him. “(…) You are a mule from Tobar. At this moment, the defendant answers that she is working and the defendant throws a box of pizza and several blows with her fist, managing to hurt herself, ”the alleged victim indicated in her testimony.
Lastly, he affirms that he believes that the woman is capable of carrying out the threat, for which reason everything resulted in a criminal complaint and would be framed within the harsh internal union.
