Arrest warrant issued for Don Omar for alleged aggravated fraud

In addition, the Vice Ministry of Consumer Defense determined that the organizers will receive a fine of 24,127 Bolivians.
To be released, those involved promised that Don Omar would give the concert this Friday (January 20); and that’s how it was when he appeared at the Hernando Siles stadium.
However, today the Santa Cruz Prosecutor’s Office issued an arrest warrant against the Puerto Ricanwho must submit a statement within the case denounced by the Vice Ministry.

This charge for aggravated fraud against Don Omar was presented since the singer had announced another concert for the Friday the 20th, but because the one on the 19th was run, this one also had to be postponed; which caused a lot of discontent.
And it is that the agenda was not fulfilled and this caused annoyance to the people who bought their tickets in advance and waited to see him on stage.
Why was Don Omar imprisoned?
Don Omar was imprisoned in 2007.
It should be noted that this is not the first time that Don Omar has been involved in judicial problems of this type since, in 2007, he annulled a presentation in the City of Peace.
Even, on one occasion, the singer was arrested for family violence on September 17, 2014 in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
According to the information, he threatened and mistreated his ex-partner, Rebeca López, as well as for violating the city’s weapons law.
Don Omar spent 20 hours in prison and was released after paying a third of a $600,000 bail.
