Chihuahua.- Manuel Enrique GG, a doctor accused of assaulting and injuring Magdalena G. in a clinic in the San Felipe neighborhood on March 11, was linked to proceedings under criminal case 1074/2023, by Judge Guadalupe Ruiz, who mentioned that there are Sufficient elements to establish a possible crime against the complainant. He established a period of two months for the investigations, without precautionary measures.
The judge pointed out that the medical studies were presented to indicate that there were injuries to the victim, in addition to the statements of witnesses that coincide with what was expressed by the complainant, who requested the presence of public security agents, to whom she narrated the facts, in the same way that he did when filing the complaint, so there is evidence in the information presented.
It added that the elements presented by the defense did not proceed, since they were based on trying to point out inconsistencies in the time of the events, as well as an error in the date in a study carried out on the victim.
