Federal Justice is investigating the threat that Tani Fernández received in the last hours on his personal telephone and that the president denounced at police headquarters. “It was a very explicit threat,” he told telam a source who was able to see the message and who explained that this was what motivated the President to file the complaint.

The researchers planned to have a series of proof measures that are usual in this type of case: the identification of the IP code of the device from which the message came from, the geolocation of that device, the identification of its owner and others related to the profiling of the issuer of the threat.
It should be noted that Tani Fernández had previously received threats, in September 2022, a 37-year-old man threatened him on social networks and he was sent to trial. Finally, the accused was granted probation, for which he undertook to carry out community tasks and courses on human rights and against discrimination at INADI.
