Mexico City.- Margarita Ochoa, a survivor of the kidnapping to which residents of a building in Colonia Roma were subjected, and in which three people were murdered, was tortured for 48 hours, according to the statement she presented to the authorities and to which The newspaper El País had access.

According to the Spanish media, she was threatened with sharp weapons, gagged, and received electric shocks from her captors, who, according to the transcript, were between eight and 10 people.

On December 18, the bodies of the brothers Jorge and Andrés Tirado and that of their uncle, José Luis González, were located in a house on Calle Medellín, in addition to which Ochoa was rescued.

The two young men were linked to the artistic community, since Andrés was a graduate of the UNAM University Theater Center and Jorge had professional studies in music.

For the case, there are currently five people arrested, four of them linked to the process: Blanca “N”, who allegedly had a dispute over the property of the property on Calle Medellín; her daughter, Sally “N”; her partner, Azuher “N”; and Blanca’s grandson, Randy “N”.

In addition, Rebeca “N” was arrested, whom the Prosecutor’s Office points out as having withdrawn money from the victims’ bank cards.

The kidnapping began around 2:00 p.m. on Friday, when Ochoa realized that her husband had been tied up with duct tape.

From that moment on, 48 hours of torture followed, in which the victims were questioned about their bank information and whether they had cash, El País reported.

“From that moment on, I began to hear loud noises of aggression towards my nephews. I assume it was them, because I also heard kicks as if they were defending themselves. I also heard that someone was drowning. I cannot specify the time that happened, but I stopped listening to the voice of my nephews and instead I heard a woman say ‘this one is already dead,'” the El País report states.

Ochoa’s little toe was cut, as well as electric shocks. In addition to the fact that she was threatened with being sexually assaulted.
