Dave Bautista dreams of a role in Gears of War and offers himself on Twitter

although Dave Bautista is a sought-after man in Hollywood, his dream role was obviously not there yet. The former wrestler is considered a big fan of video games. The series Gears of War he was particularly fond of it. And since Netflix recently announced a cinematic adaptation of the shooter, Dave Bautista applied without further ado Twitter for a role.

In his post he is as a character Marcus Fenix seen wearing some of the signature heavy armor from Gears of War. The footage dates back to 2019 when Dave Bautista appeared as a playable avatar in Gears of War 5 was announced. Apparently he is quite serious about his unsolicited application. “I can’t make it easier for you,” he writes Netflix and the creators of Gears of War. An official statement as to whether the former wrestler will actually be involved in the Netflix production is still pending.
