HOUSTON – The Houston metropolitan area will again be exposed to a day of severe weather this Saturday similar to the one it experienced Thursday night.

According to the National Weather Service, the vast majority of the Houston metropolitan area has a level of risk similar to Thursday night when the storms caused damage in different areas of the metropolitan area, mainly due to strong winds. .

Most of Harris, Liberty, and Montgomery counties, as well as north Fort Bend, are expected to be exposed to this level of severe storm risk.

The hours of presence of these possible storms would occur in the afternoon-night of Saturday and could extend until early hours of Sunday.
