The tragedy dyed the last moments of January with mourning: eight people lost their lives during the last 48 hours due to traffic accidents on Buenos Aires routes, within the framework of the beginning of the tourist exchange.

As EL DIA has been reporting, the streets and routes of our region have become the scene of deadly incidents that mark and reveal, so far in this recent 2023, an alarming and harsh reality.

If to this panorama, which is local, we add what happened during this first month of vacation, with the devastating balance of deaths and injuries on the routes that go to the Atlantic coast or to other tourist destinations, in accidents that occurred on the 2, 36, 29, 51, 6 and 226, the problem becomes more urgent.

Sources from that agency specified that “the trucker was treated at the scene without the need to be transferred and the breathalyzer test was carried out, the result of which was negative.”

Likewise, police investigators specified that the three occupants of the car died charred as a result of the crash and subsequent fire.
