Former US President Donald Trump has asked this Saturday at a campaign event that all aid shipments to Ukraine be paralyzed until federal agencies deliver “every shred” of evidence they have about the “corrupt dealings” of President Joe Biden and his son, Hunter Biden.
Trump has accused Biden of “dragging” the United States into the war between Russia and Ukraine and has suggested that the president has been bribed by Ukrainian businessmen. Trump was referring to the alleged delivery of millions of dollars to the Bidens by the Ukrainian company Burisma, an end that has not been proven.
“In light of this information, Congress should refuse to authorize even one more payment from our depleted reserves until the FBI, the Department of Justice and the Internal Revenue Service turn over every last shred of evidence they have about the corrupt businesses of the Biden family”, he pointed out during an act in Pennsylvania, collected by The Hill news portal.
Trump has defended on other occasions immediately ceasing US economic and military aid to Ukraine and has assured that if he wins the 2024 presidential elections he will end the war “in 24 hours.”
