Trump outlines guidelines for his program for a second term

“The National Guard should be able to do it. If not, I would use the military,” meaning federal troops, he told Time.

“These are not civilians. These are people who are not legally in our country. This is an invasion,” Trump told the magazine.

Trump assured that he trusts the deportation plan and the closure of the border, which the White House does not want to do, to stop the enormous national security crisis on the southern border created by the Joe Biden government for three years and since its first day at the White House.

As in his first term, the former president said that he would condition aid from the United States’ foreign allies.

Regarding the economy, the former president said that he anticipated customs duties of “more than 10%” on all imports.

And on aid to Ukraine, Trump stated: “I won’t give (more aid) if Europe doesn’t start doing as much” as the United States.

“I think that the enemy within is, in many cases, more dangerous for our country than external enemies like China, Russia and others,” Trump said.

The former president added that he is “absolutely” willing to pardon all those convicted unfairly and illegally due to the protests of January 6, 2021, where the people had every right to demand respect for democracy and transparent, not rigged elections, as they have reiterated in different interviews.

Trump, who has never acknowledged his alleged electoral defeat in 2020, believes that if the Supreme Court does not grant him presidential immunity, Biden “will be prosecuted for all his crimes.”
