A mixture of rain, snow and wind makes for uncomfortable weather in Vorarlberg. Next week it will be winter
A cold front with precipitation and locally strong gusts of wind will arrive in Vorarlberg on Sunday afternoon. It cools down again, the snow line drops to around 600 meters. Towards evening it is already dry again and tears up quickly. After 7 to 11 degrees in the morning, the temperatures drop quickly.
Partly foehn Monday
The new week is expected to start with extensive cloud fields, some sun and a southern foehn wind. This can break through in some places with strong gusts, especially in the southern parts of the country. In the evening it will become cloudy and some sleet or snowfall is to be expected.

snow on Tuesday
After a probably clear and cold start, cloud fields will pass through again and again during the day on Tuesday, and the sun will also shine at times. It will remain dry until the evening, before snowfall will increase from the south and sleet in the Rhine Valley.

It stays wintry
On Wednesday it will be mostly wintry with lots of clouds and some snowfall.
Thursday is likely to bring a low pressure influence and a few snow showers. It’s getting noticeably cooler.
A cloudy winter’s day with a few snowflakes in the mountains is imminent on Friday.
