Next round at “The Masked Singer”! After actor Jan Josef Liefers (58) was revealed as a kangaroo last week, the remaining eight masks competed against each other on Saturday evening to make it to the next show.
The raccoon attracted a lot of attention that evening: not only did he present his work in the launderette in the circumstantial film, but he also revealed a very specific peculiarity: he regularly wakes up in a place where he never fell asleep. Shortly before his performance, he then wandered through the studio, which is why juror Rea Garvey (49) remarked: “He sleepwalks!”

Co-juror that evening was comedian Rick Kavanian (52), who had been in the mask of the robot Rosty in the last season. He went wild after the raccoon performance on The Offspring’s “Pretty fly (for a white guy)”.
First he typed on a radio presenter, but then came to speak of the raccoon’s sleeping habits: “Narcolepsy – a difficult topic.” His first tip: TV presenter Johannes B. Kerner (58).
Rea had now ended up with another TV veteran. He remarked: “You dance better than you sing.” There was a famous dance show at hand – Garvey also thought of the raccoon’s laundromat: “I was thinking about Llambi just now. The washing machine is probably his best buddy.”

Ruth Moschner (46) had paid close attention to the dancing raccoon and suddenly claimed: “Anyone who can dance great would be Oliver Pocher. And the washing machine … He likes to have his fingers in the dirty laundry.” “My husband can” presenter Daniel Boschmann (42) was also suspected in the raccoon.

At the end of the show, four masks had to tremble: mushroom, seahorse, hedgehog and raccoon. Moderator Matthias Opdenhövel (52) announced the result of the app voting shortly afterwards: The raccoon should “ The Masked Singer”. Once again, the three jurors typed wildly – and Rea Garvey suddenly sensed someone completely different under the mask.
He went far and said: “I was at a wedding in Hamburg and HP Baxxter was there too. He hung up on the wedding. And there someone danced, and the movements and moves looked similar. And that was Joko!
Opdenhövel was flattened and really wanted to know: “What was the wedding where HP Baxxter played and Joko danced?” Rea didn’t answer, but Ruth gave another tip: “I think it’s Daniel Boschmann. The moves, the joke…Daniel is such a super funny guy!”

Rick Kavanian also guessed Daniel Boschmann and was right: The co-moderator of “Go to the Whole” appeared under the raccoon mask and was happy: “Thank you very much! I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but I can’t sing at all!” His special thanks went to the entire “Masked Singer” team: “You can’t imagine how much love there is in the show. That’s so awesome.”
The raccoon head still made Boschmann sweat a lot – for his renewed performance at the end of the show, however, Opdenhövel was able to reassure Boschmann: “Now you no longer sing at 90 degrees, but only at 70 degrees, because the head stays off!”
