Sixteen people had to be transferred to different hospitals with polytrauma after two buses collided at the intersection of Avenida Caseros and Zavaleta, in the Parque Patricios neighborhood.

The accident occurred at 10:25 p.m. on Saturday, between two groups of lines 191 and 134. The latter finished embedded against a commercial premises. In addition, because of the crash, a car that was parked in the place was also hit.

According to police sources to the Télam agency, when the Police arrived “the bus driver of line 134 was not in the place” but was a block away, since the neighbors and passengers “wanted to attack him.”

Among the injured with polytraumatisms there were six men, six women, two boys and two girlswho were transferred to the Ramos Mejía and Durand hospitals.

This accident occurred three days after another bus crash in which at least 35 people were injured in the Flores neighborhood. Around 8:40 a.m. at the intersection of Carabobo and Eva Perón avenues, a bus from line 56 heavily collided with the rear of another from line 103.
