Union Berlin has apparently left RB Leipzig in the race for Isco. As ‘Sky’ reports, the Saxons have now left the poker game for the 30-year-old playmaker. Union continues to work on the transfer, numbers have now been exchanged.
Isco terminated his contract with Sevilla FC at the end of December, so the five-time Champions League winner is available on a free transfer. A contract until the end of the season is in the room. The salary should remain within manageable limits.
Everton want Becker
Meanwhile, an important player could still leave the iron. According to ‘Sky’, Everton FC have tried Sheraldo Becker and would like to sign the 27-year-old attacker. Becker’s contract at the Alte Försterei is still dated until 2025 and is said to contain an exit clause. In the current Bundesliga season, the Dutchman was directly involved in eleven Union goals.
