Marcel Sabitzer will be unavailable to Manchester United for the remainder of the season. As the Red Devils announce, the Austrian has sustained a meniscus injury that will keep him out of action for the remaining games. The 29-year-old picked up the injury in the Premier League game against West Ham United (0-1) two weeks ago.

United commented on the injury by saying: “Everyone at the club is disappointed that Marcel is no longer available as the Reds aim for a strong finish to the season in the Premier League and FA Cup. We are grateful for his contribution to our success to date.” Sabitzer was on the pitch 18 times for Manchester. How the Bayern loan will continue in the summer is still open.
