The Xbox PC app continues to improve. As more and more Xbox gamers also enjoy their favorite games on PC, Microsoft is releasing a new update to its app.

A new update is available

This new update notably allows you to take advantage of new filters to find your games more easily, and also fixes various bugs. It is available now and can be downloaded from the Microsoft Store, or directly when starting the application.

Below you will find the details of the new features. Remember that the Xbox PC application is also used to enjoy PC Game Pass games, and that it is from the latter that you can sponsor 5 friends in order to offer them 14 days of subscription.

April update details (2304.1001.15.0):

  • “Fast Games” and “Longest Games” collections have been added to your home screen
    • When browsing the Game Pass catalog home screen, you can scroll down to view different collection channels, including these new collections which list average play times to suit your preferences.
  • Accessibility filters for the “All PC games” category
    • Filtering of the “All PC Games” list has been improved with the addition of a wide variety of accessibility filters to help you find the game that suits your needs
  • Corrections de bugs
    • Fixed a bug due to which no games appeared in the “All PC Games” section
    • Fixed an issue where some text was cut off when asked to install the Riot or Ubisoft launcher
    • Fixed a bug where some cloud games did not appear in the Cloud Gaming section
    • Fixed a bug where installation errors did not provide additional details or troubleshooting suggestions
