With this vacuum robot there is not only a high-tech cleaning power that gets the floors sparkling clean, but also an all-in-one hero. The user should be relieved of as much work as possible, which is why the device can change the mopping water independently. In addition, the cleaning station sucks off the dust collected by the robot. With such a multifunctional talent, the consumer quickly suspects an exorbitant price. Luckily that’s not the case here.
The model is already commercially available for 849 euros and thus boasts a fair price-performance ratio. To support this, Dreame is adding an extensive accessory package free of charge at the start of sales. This includes another main brush, six mop attachments and two side brushes. In addition, two air filters for the dust container and two dust bags for the dirt that is picked up are part of the deal.
Convincing cleaning performance and advanced wiping function
With such a good price including an accessory package, the question arises as to whether there is a catch. Is the cleaning performance not convincing? The fact sheet is amazing: its suction power is a remarkable 5,300 Pa. In plain language, this means that it reliably vacuums up even larger dirt particles. The dirt is temporarily stored in a 350 ml container in the robot.
And what about wiping? Anyone who used older models of vacuum robots still remembers how they unmotivatedly dragged damp rags behind them. The tiles couldn’t get really clean that way. This is different with the new vacuum/mopping robot models, as the Dreame L10 Ultra proves: It has two mops that can be attached and automatically receive clean mopping water. In addition, a strong downward pressure and constantly rotating movements ensure that even the most stubborn stains on the smooth floor disappear.

A vacuum robot only makes housework noticeably easier if it knows where to go. The point of navigation in particular has often proven to be expandable in the past. Dreame, on the other hand, relies on modern LDS navigation technology for the L10 Ultra. In practice, this means that the vacuum robot can glide particularly safely through the premises.
Carpet detection is also part of the game: once the mops are attached, the L10 Ultra automatically lifts them up so as not to soak the carpets. But that’s not all. The Dreame app is particularly powerful. If necessary, manual fine-tuning can be carried out, for example to combine rooms or create restricted areas. Activating Alexa, Google Assistant or Siri also happens in the mobile application.

Here, too, the Dreame L10 Ultra surprises in a positive way. It cleans itself independently by making a detour to its cleaning station at regular intervals. She cleans the mops, pumps out the dirty water and fills up the robot with fresh water. The station also sucks the dirt out of the vacuum robot and collects it in a 3-liter dust bag. This provides a plus in hygiene and also makes cleaning work easier, because replacement is often only necessary after sixty days.
After the end of each floor cleaning, an additional self-cleaning process takes place. It ends with drying the two mops with hot air. This reliably prevents nasty smells and mold.
