Mexico City.- Soccer player Gerard Piqué announced that the watch brand Casio will be a sponsor of the Kings League, the 7-a-side soccer league launched by the former Barcelona player.
That was Piqué’s response to the song released by his ex-partner, the Colombian artist Shakira, in a collaboration made with the Argentine DJ Bizarrap, and in which he shoots the former player.
“You changed a Rolex for a Casio”, is part of the lyrics of the song, which alludes to Piqué’s new partner.
“Casio has given us watches, the League has an agreement with Casio,” explained the Spanish soccer player while showing off on streaming. “This watch is for life, huh.”
In addition, Piqué distributed watches of the brand to the presidents of the clubs.
That was the main announcement of the stream on Thursday and in which DjMariio and former soccer player Sergio “Kun” Agüero also took part.
The Spanish youtuber told “Kun” that he did not want his affairs to “splash” to which the Argentine responded with “clearly, you are right”.
