Quiz master Günther Jauch (66) and his candidate Susanne Munzke had a lot to tell each other on Monday evening. The topics – across the board. In the end it was even about underpants.

From the Swabian, who has four girls at home, he wanted to know: “Do you sometimes find your daughters embarrassing?” With the pharmacy employee, he hit the bull’s eye. She said frankly, “When we’re on the road somewhere, they always say, ‘Mom, please don’t be embarrassed today.’

Günther Jauch, who is the father of daughters himself, knows such moments. In front of his candidate he chatted out of the sewing box. The moderator revealed: “I used to hear more often: ‘Dad, you’re so stupid again today.'” In the show, he continued to research similarities and asked the mother of four quite bluntly: “Did you sometimes have the children in their pajamas in the past? went to school?”
Munzke could also sing a song about it, but remarked: “I thought from time to time: ‘I hope I don’t cause an accident.’ That would have been stupid.” On the subject of an accident, Jauch remembered an anecdote from his own childhood that he still remembers to this day. He tells his candidate: “When I was little, my mother always said, ‘Put on a fresh pair of underwear.'”
When her son asked “Why actually?”, Mom replied: “If you have an accident.” Günther Jauch can still smile about it today. He has certainly always followed his mother’s advice since then, although the deeper meaning is still not entirely clear to him. The moderator in his quiz show amused: “They won’t leave me just because the underpants…” You could imagine the rest.
For his gambler, the 64,000-euro question ended with fun: “Anja Jaenicke, Barbara May and Jessika Cardinahl were seen in successful cinema films alongside…?” A: Mario Adorf, B: Götz George, C: Til Schweiger or D: Otto Waalkes (right).
Munzke didn’t want to push her luck, got out and ended up taking 32,000 euros home with her. The whole family should get something from this.
