The new signing of Torino, Ronaldo Vieira, introduced himself to the microphones of Torino Channel: “I am very happy to be here, I want to thank the president, the coach and the directors for their trust. Everyone welcomed me, even my comrades. I grew up in Benfica and I know the history of Grande Torino well and I know what they have done for football. I’ve traveled a lot, Portugal, England, Africa and now Italy but my home is England, that’s where the family is”
Vieira: “I’m calm off the pitch”
Vieira spoke about his first days in Turin: “When you change teams in January you usually need time to adapt, but I already know Juric and it will be easier for me. I already knew Ilic, Aina, Linetty. I’m glad they’re here too who can help me integrate.”
“Before leaving Sampdoria, I spoke to Rincon and Ienca, who told me I would like the city. How are they off the pitch? I’m a quiet boy, I like to stay at home, occasionally going out to dinner”.
