Vivo has opened applications for more than 230 vacancies in its young apprentice program. Opportunities are located in eight states: São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Espírito Santo, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul, Goiás, Pernambuco and Paraná. Half of the vacancies are destined for young black people.

Students or recent high school graduates can participate, from 16 to 22 years old. The selection process will be carried out online and the Applications open until the 21st of June..

During registration, in addition to providing personal data, candidates must complete a test. In the next stage, in July, those selected will participate in an online group dynamic and interview with managers. In August, the admission process begins and integration into the company will take place in September.

In addition to the development track with educational institutions, the company will provide a routine with broad and diversified training, with a tech focus, regardless of the area in which the apprentice works, also covering business and essential topics for starting a career and interpersonal skills. The internship period will include a digital track, workshops and face-to-face activities, exchanges of experiences with former apprentices and managers, as well as familiarity with the routine within the company.
