Walmart Puerto Rico launches interactive shopper

In its effort to continue innovating so that its customers enjoy different experiences when they visit the stores to make their purchases, Walmart Puerto Rico announced that in its printed shopper it will launch a variety of interactive content that customers can access through a QR code found in the cover of the product catalog.

To have this new experience with the Walmart shopper, customers must scan the QR code to download the application that will take them to videos, animations, messages and tips that will help them in their purchase decision.

“Walmart Puerto Rico continues to invest in modernizing stores and incorporating technological solutions that facilitate and make our customers’ visits more enjoyable, so in addition to accessible, easy and fast alternatives to obtain the products, we also offer them different experiences that add value and help them live better in a dynamic and fun way”, explained Viviana Mercado, Walmart Puerto Rico’s Senior Manager of Corporate Affairs, who added that the interactive shoppers will be for seasonal products.

The first interactive shopper, which will be published on Thursday, June 22, will be dedicated to the theme of back to school because it is “one of the most important times for Puerto Rican families, since it has to do with the education of the next generations.” ”, indicated Market.
