Juarez City.- Through social networks, the Facebook user Borgat Perez warned about the intention of a massive killing of dogs found in the streets of Ciudad Juárez.
The publication warns that they are a group of 28 people who will be in charge of ending the lives of the dogs.
“We will have to take extreme measures, we are a group of 28 people determined to end this plague of stray dogs, we give them 2 weeks to move their hands and activate the kennel and the owners to bring their dogs into the house and tie them up, otherwise the dogs will appear asleep,” he says in the publication.
The justification, the user publishes in his account, is because the animals attack the elderly, cyclists, motorcyclists, and children who go to school.
The message was already shared on the Facebook page of “Animal Welfare of Ciudad Juárez Chihuahua.”
