What do I do if I cannot go to the module to change my Well-being card?

Your assistant can go for your Well-being pension card

If for some reason you cannot go to a module to process the card, the good news is that you have the option of scheduling a home visit. The steps you must follow are:

  • Your assistant must present your documents in the corresponding module: valid official identification, legible birth certificate, recently printed curp, proof of address not older than six months and contact telephone number.
  • Fill out the home visit application.

Staff from the Ministry of Well-being will visit you at your home and deliver the card to your home, so you will not have to go to a module to request the card and the support will arrive in a timely manner.

You must take into account that the change of cards will be from May 3 to 31, while that happens, you will continue to receive the amount of your welfare pension on your current card, but it is recommended to do the procedure as soon as possible.
