After the successful start last year, this will take place on June 3, 2023 Wellbeing for Life Festival again in Munich’s Olympic Park. For festival visitors, from 11:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., everything revolves around the holistic view of health and well-being for one day. At the second time Wellbeing for Life Festivalwhich is supported by Lifeplus and will take place annually in the future, visitors can look forward to numerous new activities and information about an active life, physical and mental fitness, healthy eating, happiness, creativity, social activity, ecological responsibility, fun and general well-being .

Whether recreational athletes, those interested in wellness, fitness enthusiasts, nutrition-conscious people, young people, families with children, Olympic Park visitors or yoga fans – everyone who wants to try out their skills and new things, bring in ideas, want to deepen their knowledge or are just curious is invited are. Festival-goers should be inspired to lead a healthy, active lifestyle and not just be spectators, but become actors themselves.

New trends, new workshops and new areas in the Olympic Park to take part in

On June 3, the festival opens in the morning at 11:30 am with workshops, sports activities and stage events. New in the program this year is Bamboo Flow, a new trend with old roots: powerful movements are practiced with bamboo sticks for a meditative attitude. For the first time there will be a cycling workshop with a view of the Olympic Lake, with different SUP Yoga and SUP Pilates courses for advanced and beginners taking place during the day. Visitors to the Zero Waste workshops can find out how to sustainably reduce waste and, best of all, avoid plastic.

Sports scientist and kickboxing expert Dr. Daniel Gärtner activates the visitors for a sweaty full body workout. At mental workshops with Johanna Fellner, one of Germany’s leading fitness and health experts, participants can improve their mental fitness. There are also Zumba, hula hoop or dance sessions to live music, sound meditation or action painting as a creative group or individual experience. Families with children can expect, among other things, upcycling to make your own and take away, mixing smoothies, skate workshops and water fun. Young people can actively experience how physical activity positively influences their health and personality.

All activities are spread across the Olympic Park area. This year the festival area will be even larger and will include new areas: the Theatron will serve as a lecture and workshop area, e Live cooking area. Star chef Andreas Schweiger, among others, presents new recipes here and invites you to try them.

Live music acts such as SEDA and other Munich up-and-coming talents as well as the Food Boulevard with a huge selection of delicious food and drinks from sustainable and regional production will again ensure the perfect summer festival feeling.

The event begins on June 3 at 11:30 a.m. in the Olympic Park and ends around 10:00 p.m. Admission and all offers are free of charge.
