A 23-year-old woman remains hospitalized after being hit by an MTA bus in Brooklyn.
The accident occurred shortly after noon yesterday on Route B-41, near the intersection of Livingston and Nevins streets in Downtown Brooklyn.
Police reported that the woman was not in the crosswalk when she was hit.
She was taken to Methodist hospital in serious condition.
It is not yet known if charges will be filed against the bus driver.
The MTA confirms that the incident is under review.
