Writer Suzanne Collins publishes new The Hunger Games novel

NEW YORK.- Inspired by an 18th century Scottish philosopher and the modern scourge of misinformation, the writer Suzanne Collins returns to the devastated, post-apocalyptic land of Panem for a new novel of The Hunger Games.
