YPF joined Shell and formalized a 4% increase for gasoline. The rise in all its fuels came into effect from the first minutes of this Monday and The increase is part of the price agreement reached by the oil companies with the national government.
Within the framework of the agreement to follow a path of authorized increases in the coming months, the companies applied the increase in gasoline. This way, Super gasoline has an average price of $156.80 per liter at YPF pumps at service stations in the City of Buenos Aires. Infinia, for its part, was left with a value of $197.40. as long as the Diesel 500 variant amounted to $168.40 and Infinia Diesel, to $236.
In the case of the Shell oil companies, whose increase began to take effect on Sunday, it sells at higher amounts than those of YPF: it is, at least, $10 more expensive.
It is worth noting that, in November of last year, the oil companies together with the Ministry of Economy They agreed to a cap on gasoline increases for a period of four months. In December the 4% increase materialized and now the rise was for a similar value.
In this sense, and in accordance with what is established, in February the increase will remain the same and in March the percentage will be 3.8.
