One person dies after being hit by an “F” train.
As a result of what happened, this line underwent service changes last night on the Lower East Side.
The incident occurred on Friday, shortly before eleven p.m. on Second Avenue, near Houston and Allen streets.
Apparently, the injured person was on the subway tracks at the time of the incident.
This Citizen App video shows the fire department and police responding to the scene.
Train service has already been restored in the area.
The authorities are investigating.
