“1:15 p.m. on Saturday” takes the direction of the village of Baux-de-Provence, in the Bouches-du-Rhône, where farmers and artisans have rolled up their sleeves to bring life to this place impacted by the crisis.

This week for this new issue of “1:15 p.m. on Saturday” (Twitter, #13h15), direction the village of Baux-de-Provence which dominates the Alpilles massif from its rocky outcrop, in the department of Bouches-du-Rhône.

A new wind has been blowing through this Provençal town since the health crisis linked to the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic: passionate artisans and farmers have rolled up their sleeves.

Bringing this place and its region back to life

They are passionate craftsmen and farmers: Cécile is a ceramist, Glenn is a starred chef, Henri is a baker, Jean-Benoît is a wheat and olive producer… They have relaunched their mill and their oven to revive this place, one of the most beautiful villages in France since 1988, and its terroir.
