A 16-year-old girl is convicted of attempted assault for throwing the unopened soda can at Paludan. The woman herself says during questioning that she threw the can on the ground in anger and that the purpose was not to hit anyone. According to the district court’s judgment, however, it appears from witness statements that the intention must have been to hit and injure Paludan.
Sentenced to youth care
The 16-year-old is now sentenced to youth care and must pay SEK 10,000 in damages.
