On June 19, 2021, at 5:00 p.m., when José Martínez finished playing a game on the soccer field on Avenida Bernal in San Salvador, a vehicle arrived from which Iván Tobar got out and approached him. , there was a struggle and a shot was heard.
Then the victim ran and fell on the ground, a moment that Iván takes advantage of to shoot him several times.
According to the evidence presented by the Attorney General’s Office, the victim had 7 holes caused by a 9 mm caliber firearm, 7 casings were found at the scene.
In addition, an eyewitness to the event identified Iván and Kevin, the latter was the one driving the vehicle in which they fled.
That is why the Fifth Sentencing Court of San Salvador sentenced Iván Alexander Tobar Panamanian and Kevin Josué de la O Zúniga to 30 years in prison for the crime of aggravated homicide.
