zacatecas.- A minor was arrested and turned over to the authorities after a squad-type pistol was found in his backpack inside a secondary school in Zacatecas.
Municipal police officers from the capital city attended after a call made by the school itself after finding the firearm this Friday morning.
“We adhered to the action protocol and carried out the proper inspection, so we proceeded with the arrest of the minor, later, we made him available to the Zacatecas State Attorney General’s Office, who will determine the legal issue for a probable crime of prohibited weapons,” said the Zacatecas Police.
Due to this fact, there were no teachers or students injured, however the corporation invited society to be aware of the activities of minors under its guardianship in order to avoid tragedies.
