Yesterday Pablo Enrique González (43), a resident of Posadas and a Neni’s goalkeeper, could not stop crying. He was anguished, hurt, he felt violated like never before. The man experienced and denounced an unusually serious situation: a police officer tried to sexually abuse him.

The denounced act occurred inside the establishment where he has worked for three years in the Néstor Kirchner neighborhood, on Alicia Moreau de Justo avenue, former provincial route 213. The accused, meanwhile, is a member of the detachment that is just opposite . He was identified as Pablo.

The complaint, to which El Territorio had access, was made before the Fifth Police Station and the Itaembé Mini Women’s Police Station. In any case, the complainant expressed that today he will appear before the investigating prosecutor’s office on duty.

He considers that if no progress is made against the public official, he could act again.

“I’m very bad, I can’t stop crying, I was just crying. I’m 43 years old, I’m a robust man, I train and everything but it’s something I can’t digest. It’s such a deep wound, something like this never happened to me, feeling harassed” , expressed González in dialogue with The territory.

As detailed, yesterday he arrived at the establishment around 8 as every day. Adjusting to the routine, he greeted the police force on duty but noted that he was someone new, that he had never seen. They exchanged words about the place, the time, the insecurity of the neighborhood and he went to fulfill his obligations.

“I greeted him and told him ‘see you later’ like someone who says goodbye. I enter my motorcycle and he tells me ‘I’ll be right back’. I said to the pucha, I thought I was going to do an inspection or something,” the complainant continued. Without giving much importance to it, he continued with his routine of opening the establishment and checking that everything is fine.

But at that moment “this policeman came in behind me, he was uniformed and armed but he did not have a name (the caltrop that they always wear on their chests), that caught my attention. We were talking about the establishment, about security and he was following me until we entered one of the classrooms”.

The first alert came from an uncomfortable query from the uniformed officer about González’s sexual preferences. According to what the interviewee said, she only managed to laugh and avoided answering because “it was irrelevant.”

“And in the meantime, when we were going outside, towards the patio, he grabbed my arm tightly and sat down in one of the chairs that was there. Then he kind of wanted to take me to him and there he made me an indecent proposal, he He puts me in front of my pelvic part and intends to give me oral sex”, he related, uncomfortable, about that moment.

According to his testimony, embodied in the complaint, the cash insisted on several occasions and told him that “he was going to have a great time”, among other details that are kept confidential. “‘Let’s do it,’ he told me, and I told him, ‘I don’t have that kind of inclination, sorry,'” he said.

But the uniformed man did not give in. “In that struggle he was manipulating his pistol with the other hand, showing off. ‘Don’t worry about what happens outside, I have my prickly pear here, nothing happens,’ he said. And then with that attitude I made force with my arm and I withdrew outside because the door was open”, continued the interviewee.

The complainant stated that the police officer, whom he identified simply as Pablo and would have been 38 years old, told him that nothing was wrong and let him know that he had been studying the place, that there was no one, not even cameras.

Regarding the manipulation of the weapon, the alleged victim feels that his integrity was in danger at that moment. “For me that was lethal, because after he touched the gun and said that there was no going back. I thought how about he forced me to drop my pants. A lot of things crossed my mind,” she continued.

The worker urged the policeman to leave and the man left “as if nothing had happened”, telling him to calm down because he was very nervous. In that instance, he notified the director of the establishment and went to the jurisdictional unit – where the defendant responds – to make the complaint.

As if all this were not enough – always according to the interviewee – there he found out that the suspect had been transferred because they had detected similar situations in the past.

Asked about the decision to make the situation public, the worker expressed without mitigation: “I think we have to face it, I don’t have to hide. I was the victim and until now I can’t talk, I can’t eat, I can’t do anything I’m bad, morally overwhelmed. It can’t be that someone who has to take care of us overwhelms me because he has a weapon. I’m going to make the victim one, but later there will be more if I don’t report it.”
