The gaming community is very fond of many of their favorite titles, and we can see that the passing of the years has not left out many of the most iconic video games in the video game industry, and a clear example of this is Skyrim, which, despite the years, remains one of the most influential video games and is still present in the memory of many players who enjoyed every corner of the game from Bethesda Softworks.
Something that seems quite striking to us is that the last proof of this has been to see the city of Riften, from Skyrim, recreated in Far Cry 5 by an amateur. The result is outstanding. As many of you already know, Far Cry 5 has had an ingame map editor for a long time with which you can create your own scenarios for multiplayer games.
Editor that a user has taken full advantage of to recreate one of the most unknown cities in Skyrim or, at least, less represented in this type of creations than Whiterun or the village of Cauceboscoso. As we can see, it is a creation of the youtuber Mojo Swoptopswho through the Far Cry 5 map editor on his Xbox Series X, more than 9,000 objects from this and other Ubisoft games, and a lot, a lot of patience, has managed to perfectly recreate the city of Riften, from Skyrim.
Apart from elements of Far Cry 5, the creator has used other objects present in the game editor from titles such as Far Cry 4, Far Cry Primal, Assassin’s Creed Black Flag, Assassin’s Creed Unity and Watch Dogs. Take a look at the result. Undoubtedly, an iconic Skyrim place to enjoy now in Far Cry 5 alone or in the company of friends through the different game modes that Ubisoft’s first-person shooter allows you to enjoy.
We still don’t know if Starfield will achieve the same fame as Skyrim, but there is a lot of desire to know all the details of this new IP from Bethesda Softworks, the first for more than two decades. In the absence of the game in the Xbox and Bethesda Developer Direct this week, its managers confirmed that Starfield will have a dedicated event soon to find out details of its proposal and, hopefully, its release date for Xbox Series X|S Y PC Gaming.
