Washington.— An active shooter was reported this Saturday afternoon in a shopping center in Delaware, United States, where at least 3 people were injured, according to local media reports.
Reports indicate that the shooter is a teenager. Police evacuated the shopping center and ask people to move away from the area.
“We can confirm that there are 3 victims who were injured by gunshots and were transported to an area hospital for medical treatment,” police confirmed in a tweet.
“There are currently no public safety concerns in and around Christiana Mall.”
The three people were shot in the area of the food court, WPVI-TV reported.
Additional details were not immediately available.
