Alan Arkin, renowned actor who won an Oscar in 2007 for his work in ‘Little Miss Sunshine’, has died at the age of 89 at his home in Carlsbad, California. The interpreter developed a career in Hollywood of almost 60 years and was nominated four times for the Oscars (1967, 1969, 2007 and 2013).
