A dozen people were also arrested in Spain and France. The Spanish authorities, who have worked in collaboration with the Anti-Narcotics Office in France, will make an official communication next week.
From prison to the Champs-Élysées
Jean-Claude Pautot, 66, spent more than twenty-five years of his life in prison and fifteen years on the run. A figure of French organized crime, he made a name for himself by multiplying bank robberies and attacks on armored vans.
In 2012, his discovery of painting, in prison, changed his life. Recognized for his art, he was interviewed in 2018 by Lea Salame in the show Amazing!
