Clivia is constantly growing
Last summer the Clivia day care opened its doors on Isselburger Straße in Rees-Haldern and has since accommodated day visitors from Haldern and the surrounding area. The team of eight, consisting of nursing, care and housekeeping staff, looks after the guests lovingly and professionally every day.
So much commitment obviously does not go unnoticed in Haldern, because last year the long-established Haldern citizen Mr. G. Berger gave free rein to his poetic streak and wrote a poem about the Clivia day care. “That’s something really great and doesn’t happen to you every day,” says Britta Gemke, head of the Halderner day care center.
All-round carefree package for those in need of care and those caring for them
For this year, among other things, an expansion of the offer in the field of outpatient care planned. “With the support of an outpatient care service, older people can stay in their own four walls for as long as possible,” says Stephanie de Laak, care service manager of the outpatient care of the Clivia Group.
In addition, caring relatives are relieved. Because Clivia also carries out the so-called preventive care, which takes effect if the caregiver goes on vacation or is otherwise absent. Services that are covered by the monthly relief amount, such as help in the household, visits to the doctor or simply spending time with the caregiver, are also taken over. The wide range of possible uses creates an all-round carefree package for those in need of care and those caring for them.
