With the aim of having a daily air operation with Madrid, the president-elect of Paraguay, Santiago Peña, met with directors of Air Europa to talk about alliances and joint projects, publishes Avión Revue.

“We also talked about the way we are recovering after the pandemic, the context in which the company finds itself and what our strategic plans are. In addition, we explained to the president-elect the plans we have for the future, apart from listening to the interests of the incoming government, in order to put ourselves in the same line of work,” said Richard Clark, general director of the airline.

Clark explained that Air Europa is interested in having a daily operation between Madrid and Paraguay again, a frequency that was suspended, he says, due to external factors. It is currently held four times a week.

Finally, Clark was positive about the creation of new alliances between both parties and highlighted the planning of a new international terminal planned by Dinac that will provide added value to the projects and facilitate the operational increase.

as revealed REPORTUR.com.ar Last month, Air Europa operates direct flights from July 15 between the cities of Córdoba (Argentina) and Madrid without going through Asunción with three weekly frequencies (Air Europa turnaround: Madrid-Córdoba route discards Asunción).
