To produce a new drug or even a new vaccine, different steps are needed until reaching the final stage.

One of these steps, essential when it comes to ensuring that the study is completed successfully, is the Clinical Trials. They are made with voluntary people, who receive experimental treatments to be able to evaluate and observe the reactions and effects caused in humans.

To improve this process of triage and selection of volunteers, the pharmaceutical industry is already considering the use of artificial intelligence programs, capable of finding the ideal profile of each person who wants to participate in the creation of new medicines and vaccines.
