Alejandro Sanz worried his millions of fans last May by posting a message on social media. A tweet in which she admitted to having a bad time regarding his mental health: “I’m not well. I don’t know if this helps, but I want to say it. I’m sad and tired. I’m working to make it go away… I’ll get to the stage and something inside will tell me what to do. But sometimes I don’t even want to be there. Literally”.

A message that was later followed by another more positive one at the end of June, indicating that it was “in process”: “Here I am still in my process, with my ups and downs but improving little by little. It’s difficult because the noise doesn’t even let you suffer in peace.”

A message dedicated to your parents

But, after a few months in which he has dedicated himself to himself and his music, the Madrid artist has once again turned to social networks to talk about his state of mental health, yes, making a mention of his parents, Jesús and María, who died in 2005 and 2012. “These nights are when I wish I could write to my parents to tell them that I’m fine.”, he begins by pointing out.

And later, the singer emphasizes how much he misses them, and that he is fighting every day to be well: “That I fight every day, that I reconcile with life every day and that I miss you with all my soul. Never, everything is perfect but life is worth it”.

A tweet that has quickly been adding views, and that after a few hours has been filled with comments and affectionate responses towards Alejandro Sanz himself.
