The authorities managed to arrest 34-year-old Alexis Torres Alicea, accused of drugging, impregnating and locking up her daughter in 2020, when the minor was 13 years old, in events that occurred in Lajas.
The capture occurred in a wooded area in the Lajas Arriba neighborhood area, on the sixth day of intense search.
Against Alicea there is an arrest warrant issued for charges of incest, threat or intimidation of witnesses and mistreatment for a pattern of sexual assaults against her biological daughter that resulted in the pregnancy and delivery of the minor, at the age of 13.
