After a month of December marked by a drought, the rain is more than ever expected by the Algerians who are beginning to worry about this winter which promises to be like any other.
While we are in the middle of the winter season, temperatures will drop slightly this Wednesday, January 4, 2023 in all the wilayas of northern Algeria. The good news: some rain showers are announced in the eastern region of the country.
During the evening today, the wilayas of Constantine, Souk Ahras, Setif and Bordj Bou Arreridj should be marked by a few drops of rain, according to forecasts from Météo Algérie.
What temperatures for January 4?
In the coastal regions, in the north of Algeria, the meteorological office announces a clear sky in the center, including Algiers, completely blue in the west. In the east of the country, overcast gray weather will be expected.
Inside the country, the same phenomenon is observed this Wednesday, January 4: clear weather in the west and a sky between blue and a little cloudy in certain regions of eastern Algeria.
In the great Sahara, the western wilayas will experience blue spring skies, like Tindouf, Adrar and Béchar as well as in the east.
On the other hand, the temperatures will experience an increase will vary between 13 and 17 degrees on the coast, between 11 and 14 degrees at the level of the wilayas of the interior, and between 15 and 23 degrees in the far south.
