This is not the first time that we have heard of the “King of Loubia”, and its success continues to prove itself, with the local population, but also with tourists who hasten to taste the popular specialty.
This is a popular restaurant with an ideal location: in the heart of the capital. Open since the 1970s, the dishes are authentic, between modest loubia dishes or even plates of sardines, a Mediterranean specialty.

The king of Loubia, the popular restaurant par excellence
From the first minutes, he explains that the restaurant is crowded at rush hour, with a crazy crowd waiting on their feet. He too is waiting his turn, to be able to order his plate of Loubia, and takes the opportunity to explain the recipe for this dish.
