London.- One of the four men who have accused Kevin Spacey of sexual crimes has described him as “slippery, sneaky and difficult” and has detailed multiple touching, at a court hearing this Monday in London.
The alleged victim will be questioned by Spacey’s lawyer behind a curtain, to maintain his anonymity after the video of his interview with the Police was shown to the jury this morning at the time of filing his complaint.
During police interrogation, the man explains that the American actor, with whom he worked when he was director of London’s Old Vic theater, assaulted him at least a dozen times, “groped” him and made him “feel very uncomfortable.”
“He grabbed me in the intimate areas and then tried to put my hands on him,” he said, to point out that he felt “disgusted.”
Once he forcefully tried to shake off a touch that “hurt” him, Spacey reportedly retorted, “How it turns me on, you’re such a man.”
Other times, when the victim asked him to stop, the actor, whom he describes as “sensitive and confused about his sexuality,” would “laugh and change the subject.”
According to the witness in the police interview, many people in the Old Vic knew about the interpreter’s attitude and had “alerted” him, although due to his work, which has not been detailed, he had frequent contact with him and on occasions he had to go to his apartment, where she found him “naked or half naked.”
This witness has assured that to this day he cannot watch movies or series starring Spacey, who he says “pretended to be nice but was an aggressive predator.”
The 63-year-old actor, present in court today, faces twelve charges between 2001 and 2013 against four men currently between the ages of 30 and over 40, to whom he pleads not guilty.
The trial at the Old Bailey Criminal Court, which began on Friday, is expected to last three to four weeks, after which there will be a ruling on a date to be specified.
