A 28-year-old young man, met on an escort boy site, threatened the comedian with disclosing an intimate video of him. He felt he was underpaid after having sex last September.
Pierre Palmade on the civil party bench. A 28-year-old young man is appearing this Wednesday afternoon before the 10th chamber of the Paris Criminal Court for having tried to blackmail the actor and comedian by threatening to broadcast an intimate video of him, taken without his knowledge.
The two men met on an escort boy site on Thursday, September 15, learned BFMTV.com, confirming information from the Parisian. An appointment is agreed the same evening, during which they have sex, under drugs. That evening, Pierre Palmade gives 150 euros to his partner.
The next day, the two men meet again at the home of the comedian and comedian in the presence of another man. The escort has sex with this man, without receiving any financial compensation. However, he agrees to see Pierre Palmade again on Friday evening. They will spend the night together, between sexual relations and drug consumption.
“A sad story”
According to the account given by the young man, Pierre Palmade told him that he was not comfortable with the priced reports and offered to pay for the hotel room and again gave him 150 euros.
“But during the night, the actor jokes around a possible remuneration by saying sentences like ‘there it will cost me so much’ and my client could believe it”, explains Me Carmelo Vialette, the defendant’s lawyer.
After this night, the escort boy will try to contact Pierre Palmade again to ask him for money. The comedian and actor told investigators that the latter had asked him for 4000 euros, the second speaks of 1500 euros. “Then my client fell into this weakness which he recognizes”, continues the lawyer.
The 28-year-old is being prosecuted for threatening to disclose a video showing Pierre Palmade naked and injecting drugs.
“It’s a sad story in reality, summarizes Me Vialette. It’s the meeting of two poor lives and my client is unhappy.”
Orphan, without family, the young man fell into delinquency at the age of 15, chaining thefts and violence to meet his needs. “He could never get his head above water,” said his lawyer, as the defendant will appear in detention after a recent conviction for a new theft case.
