Anaya demands that the INE sanction the "corcholatas" of AMLO

MEXICO CITY (apro).– The former presidential candidate of the PAN, Ricardo Anaya Cortés, today called on the electoral authorities to sanction the promotion of Morena’s presidential candidates who tour the country to obtain the nomination under the figure of the Committee of Defense of the Fourth Transformation.

The accusations of the PAN member, who lives abroad from where he litigates accusations of corruption, focused on the propaganda display with billboards, fences and massive concentrations, including calculating the costs.

Like every Monday, Ricardo Anaya issued a video through his social networks on this occasion focused on the internal affairs of Morena, based on stating that the average cost of billboards is 25,000 pesos per month and then making the following estimate:

There are approximately 30 advertising panels and approximately 30 announcements per state of the Republic, which results in about 25 million pesos per month.

“You have to hit this, where is so much money coming from? Supposedly, Morena has not given the candidates anything and, what she says she is going to give them, she is not enough for a month’s rent. Did it come from her savings? Pus how much she earns. Or is it that they sponsor them? And the question is who and in exchange for what?

The PAN politician considered that just as a “defense of the INE” and its autonomy was made a few months ago, now he must be required to act in accordance with the legal powers he has, to put a stop to Morena.

In addition, he called on citizens to take photographs of the “corcholatas” ads and share them so that the INE identifies all the ads, as he maintained, if they are not detected, a folder must be put together, in order to denounce and prosecute. a sanction for what he considered an illegality.

The promotion of the candidates of Morena under the figure of electing the coordinator of the Defense committees of the 4T has been controversial in the states and now on the national stage, since it supposes anticipated campaign acts that, however, faces a legal vacuum because the INE can only intervene when the electoral process has begun.

However, on June 16, the electoral body issued a series of rules to do and not to do to the applicants to avoid incurring in a violation of the electoral legislation.
