HELEN Flanagan has told her children that she had her breasts done after returning from surgery.
The Coronation Street star underwent surgery earlier this month in a bid to boost his confidence following his split from Scott Sinclair.

Helen, 32, opened up about her secret boob work on Instagram when asked how she broached the subject with her children.
A fan wanted to know: “Will you tell your girls? Like how are you going to explain to them? X”
And the star replied: “I was just being honest with them and didn’t make much of it.
“Matilda is just an angel and it doesn’t bother her at all.
“Delilah is only four years old and as soon as she got home she was so excited to see me that she accidentally headbutted me!
“I just said mum had a little surgery so I can’t carry you or Charlie.” Delilah will always be worn!
The former Rosie Webster actress decided to have a lift to improve her confidence, but wanted to make it clear she was “loving” her breastfeeding trips.
Helen said: “I like to share my life here, I like to be as honest as possible. I was nervous because people can be mean.
“I’m very into, you know, supporting other women in the choices they decide to make and supporting other women.
“I am passionate about breastfeeding, I don’t regret at all having breastfed.
“I would always do it again and I love it. I just wanted to be honest about my experiences because other women might be able to relate to me.
Helen shares her three children Matilda, seven, Delilah, four and Charlie, 18 months, with ex-fiancé Scott Sinclair.
Helen ended her 13-year relationship with Scott last October.
