Angelina Jolie, 48, has not been so carefree for a long time. Last Thursday she was seen with her youngest daughter Vivienne Jolie-Pitt, 15, at JFK Airport in New York City.
Like Mother like daughter
The mother-daughter team looked happy as they left the airport together. Although Brad Pitt’s ex-wife, 59, is not usually prone to emotional outbursts, she laughs here and even throws her head back. Jolie is involved in a musical adaptation of the 1983 film “The Outsiders” with Tom Cruise, 61, Patrick Swayze, 57, and Rob Lowe, 59. While the “Gia” actress takes on a leading role, namely as main producer of the Broadway adaptation, she always has Vivienne at her side as a volunteer. It is the first time that the two have worked on a project together. An anonymous source revealed to “ET” how this came about. The insider claimed that Jolie and her daughter “both fell in love with the musical” when they saw it. “The Outsiders” had its world premiere at the “La Jolla Playhouse” in California earlier this year, with both mother and daughter in attendance.

Vivienne Jolie-Pitt is one of six children that Angelina Jolie shares with her ex-husband Brad Pitt. The former Hollywood dream couple separated in 2016 after just two years of marriage. Together they are also parents to Maddox, 22, Pax, 19, Zahara, 18, Shiloh, 17, and Vivienne’s twin brother Knox, 15. The ex-couple shares custody of their underage offspring, but arguments still arise from time to time because of this. The Jolie-Pitts haven’t been very happy since the marriage ended. It’s all the more pleasing that they seem to have found a way to spend time with their children independently of each other.
